A Pocketful of Daisies – Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the policies for renting items from A Pocketful of Daisies. By booking a rental, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment and a refundable security deposit are required at the time of booking.
Same-day bookings are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All payments are processed securely through our online platform.

Delivery within Charlotte, NC is available for a flat $15 per order (optional).
Pickup is available free of charge at our drop-off location:
9311 JW Clay Blvd, A2003, Charlotte, NC 28262, USA
Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated with the client based on availability.

Standard rental duration is 24 hours from the scheduled pickup or delivery time. We do not charge late fees, but damaged or missing items will result in partial or full loss of the security deposit.

Minor cosmetic wear is not considered damage.
Significant damage includes (but is not limited to): broken parts, rips, large or permanent stains, or structural failure.
If significant stains result in damage, the security deposit will be retained.
If an item requires full replacement, the replacement cost will be charged to the renter, with the security deposit applied toward that cost.
For wicker chair rentals, the provided protective cover must be returned in good condition. Failure to return it will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

We do not have a strict cancellation deadline; however, prompt notice is appreciated so we can accommodate other clients.
If you cancel your rental before the scheduled date, your security deposit will be refunded within 2 to 3 business days.
Refunds for the rental fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The renter is responsible for the care and safe use of all rental items during the rental period.
Items may not be sub-rented or transferred to another party. Any violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and possible additional charges.
A Pocketful of Daisies is not responsible for injury, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rented items.

By booking with A Pocketful of Daisies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
